How long does it take to process and ship my order?

As we work with our partners PostNL, Fedex, UPS, and DHL, we strive to provide you with the fastest possible delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a separate email with the tracking number. Below you can find an estimated shipping time for your country.

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 working days.
  • Other European countries: 2-5 working days.

Of course, in exceptional cases, shipping times may vary depending on the country and customs processing times, holidays, climate and natural disasters etc.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from your online store?

Our online store offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
